About Rayuma.Doktor

Allan Dizon Corpuz did his undergraduate (BS Biology, cum laude) and medical school training at the St Louis University, Baguio City in 2002 and 2006 respectively. He was 6th place in the 2008 Medical Licensure Exams.

In as much as his first love is teaching, originally wanting to be a high school biology teacher, he spent his first year as a doctor teaching Microbiology. He then finished his Internal Medicine Residency and became Chief Resident (one of the rare non-UP graduate and non-UP Postgraduate Intern to be awarded that position)  at the UP-Philippine General Hospital. He also did his fellowship in Rheumatology in the same institution.

Despite the busy schedule in the clinics, Doc Allan finds time for his other love, Digital Photography. He is a faithful Canonista. Owning an EOS M (24-105 f4L IS USM, 70-200 f4L IS USM, 50 f1.4 USM, 35 f2.8 Macro), he can be seen snapping away at events and portraFamilyits.

He is a longtime follower and fan of the San Antonio Spurs Basketball team.

He loves to write and to teach and is most passionate about leadership, about faith, and about love.

He is married to a lovely Ilongga, Dr Hannah who is an Endocrinologist who also loves to write and teach. They are both life coaches of the Glorious Hope Recovery Program of the Christ Commission Fellowship. They enjoy the company of their dogs Tsiken and Wiener Dog in San Fernando, La Union.

    Hi doc allan, i am a parent of a 17 yr old suffering from scoliosis. Correct me if i am wrong doc but isnt scoliosis a MSD? May we come to your clinic for a consultation or this is not part of your sprcialization?
