Good evening po doc. Mag-aask lang po sana ako, kase po 3 weeks na po akong walang mainum na hydroxychloroquine wala na daw po kaseng stock sa drug store. Ask ko Lang po sana kung ano po ang gagawin ko, 5 days na rin po kaseng sumasakit yung ulo ko. tapos ano po, Hindi po natuloy yung infusion ko nung may 21 kase po lockdown pa po yun. ano pong gagawin ko doc? Salamat po doc.

Hello po Doc, do you conduct online consultation po? In 2019, i was diagnosed of myofascial pain by you, po. I think it is recurring doc. I was prescribed by a doctor here po to take arcoxia and myonal but i think it is not working po.. i am from Abra doc and it would be difficult for me to come for personal consultation po.. pls. help me doc, i am in pain po.. thank you

How are you? I hope you are staying healthy and so is your family.
I’ve been doing well despite the pandemic. I am still taking HCQS and calcium daily sans the prednisone. I did not experience flares so far. No muscle or joint pains except the normal ones you feel when you’re tired. I recently had cough and colds which ran for two weeks but I think this is just due to the cold weather.
Here in Dubai, we have around 3000 confirmed cases of Covid-19 daily. The government is encouraging all residents to take advantage of the free vaccination (Sinopharm and Pfizer).
I did some research via medical online sources and I found that it’s “generally recommended for SLE patients to get vaccinated.” However, some of my friends who are working in the medical field told me that it’s not safe and it’s even mentioned in the consent forms that people with autoimmune or chronic diseases should not get the vaccine. Attaching some screenshots.
I would like to seek your advice with regard to my concern. Thank you as always!

Been your patient since 2019 up until now nde na ako lumipat ng ibang doctor. Right now, im feeling better than before. I know my illness is irreversible but because of your knowledge and expertise regarding my condition masaya na ako don na lessen yung pain at nde na ako worried. My level of anxiety is nde na ganon kataas. I hope na mas makilala ka pa sa field mo at stay safe always.

Hii Doc good evening .. Gusto ko po sana mag pa appointment for check up tomorrow (August 25 ,2021) . Last day of the month pa po sana follow up check up ko kaso nagtrigger na naman po rayuma ko at bigla na lang po akong di makalakad at di na naman po makapasok sa trabaho .. trinay ko po magpa appoint sa website na sinend nyo sakin tru text pero dipo ako maka pabook kasi wala po akong HMO at di rin mapindot yung date para bukas .. good pm. po doc allan ako po yung mama po ni lorebz haboc yung naging pasyente nyo po na bata nung 10,16, 2020 6yrs old po sya sa rayuma po tanong ko lang po lung tuloy pa po ba yung pag inom nya ng gamot na Methotrexate namaga naman po kasi yung tuhod nya.
